BC Hydro could be on its way to privatization

Author speculates it's "either that or bankruptcy".

MLA Doug Donaldson: BC Hydro bills have become merely another form of general taxation.Reporting for the North Shore News and focusing mostly on the findings of a new book, Elizabeth James delves into the cycle of debt recovery and taxation that will inevitably lead to the privatization of BC Hydro. She challenges the populace not to wait until it's too late to protest.
